About Jordan Rare Air
The Jordan Rare Air is a fusion that draws aspects from the Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 4, Air Jordan 5, and Air Jordan 6. Distinguishable features include the toe, heel, and eyelets of the Jordan 3, midsole and outsole of the Jordan 4, tongue and lace-lock of the Jordan 5, and Air unit and upper aspects from the Jordan 6. This mashup is ideal for modern streetwear and can be worn on the court.
The “Beijing” Air Jordan 6s introduced us to a new colorway that’s since been transplanted to the Jordan Flight 9. Now the Rare Air can be seen sporting the look.
White leather provides a base for the various colors that appear throughout. All of the colors of the Olympic Rings are represented on the midsole, which mixes the Air Jordan 4 and Air Jordan 6 designs. The Air Jordan 5′s tongue is used in reflective silver and laser engraved elephant print appears on the toe and heel.
